Wakame Mixed Fruit Salad

1 T Eden Wakame Flakes soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover
1 cup Eden Dried Cherries, coarseley chopped
2 tangerines, peeled and sectioned, seeds removed
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 apple, thinley sliced
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
1/4 cup slivered almonds, dry pan roasted
1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed

Drain wakame, discard water, and place wakame in a mixing bowl. Gently mix in all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour before mixing again and serving.

Yield: 6
Per serving: 160 Calories, 3g Fat, 2g Protein, 34f Carbohydrates, 4g Fiber, 0mg Cholesterol, 68mg Sodium.
